 INSTALLATION

EASY IS SUITABLE FOR MOST BUILDINGS

1) You can use eco or sep seat. They are of the same size. Eco separates urine / liquid in the compost van’s  bottom. Sep separate urine / liquid in the Sep seat. Eco evaporates moisture up to 95%. 2) A tank-shaped opening (template included in the delivery) is sawn into the floor and back wall. If necessary, use a raise under the van, the correct seat height is 43-50 cm.    - when installing in an outbuilding, a hatch at the back of the building may not be needed    - when installing inside the building, the floor and the walls under the floor must be insulated (eg 50 mm Finnfoam), the liquid pipe must also be insulated and the opening at the back is equipped with a door or hatch (with insulated). If the building is not kept warm, the space does not need to be insulated. - a D75 hole is drilled out for the air conditioning pipe. 3) Install the fluid collection pipe. Excess liquid is discharged into wastewater (eco) or collected as fertilizer (sep) in a separate tank. Equip the system with a suitable liquid collection container or sewage treatment system. 4) Install the ventilation pipe, the delivery includes a wall bushing, a corner part, a 75> 110 mm part and a pipe cap.  The other necessary parts D110, ie. the straight tube and all angles of 30 degrees, purchased separately. In a heated building and for winter use, we recommend that you insulate the air conditioning pipe. EASY is available with a 12/230 V fan (optional) with adjustable operation. The fan is installed on the air ventilation pipe. EASY can be equipped with an optional heating element installed on the bottom of the tank. The heating element speeds up the composting and improves the liquid evaporation. 5) The capacity of EASY can be easily expanded. The extra composting trolley (optional) doubles the capacity. 6) Place a 3 cm layer of compost substance in the bottom of the compostvan, add substance with a bucket from a bag or container after use 1 dl.

USE

• Use compostsubstance in the bottom of the van then commissioning. • Add compost substance regularly to EASY (after each use). • Even out the compost in the container if necessary. Do not add to EASY substances that interfere with composting. Only faeces, urine, toilet paper, compost substance and biodegradable household waste (biowaste) may be placed in EASY.
