How to proceed with the acquisition of the BioKem? Do I need an official permit? Can I implement myself? Can I get design / construction help through you? We offer a free remote mapping. In connection with the survey, you will receive written information about the system that is suitable for your use, possible official authorization. If you want to renew the property's wastewater treatment is also included in the inventory. The project can be implemented in whole or in part itself. Environmental friendliness. How environmentally friendly is BioKem? BioKem is the most environmentally friendly treatment plant choice (Best available technology). See BioKem cleaning efficiency page.   Other issues - The lifespan of the BioKem is very long (50-100 years). Its material is recyclable. Its energy needs are very low. Waste is composted and utilized at the spot. The total carbon footprint is very small (a fraction of the toilet system's carbon footprint).
Care and maintenance of the BioKem. What do I need to do? Activities related to normal operation, ie monitoring of the treatment plant monitoring lights and inspections once a month, are not laboriously (5-10 min). Regular emptying of sludge compost / change of container every 4 to 12 months has been made easy. It usually takes 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Maintenance (every 2-4 h / 1-3 years) can also be performed by yourself  (if technology is common for you).  See Manuals on our technical pages. 
Acquisition and operating costs. What does the purchase cost - what does the use cost? Obtaining a BioKem treatment plant is cheaper than acquiring a toilet / closed tank / sewer connection. Operating costs are also low (1-3 euros / m3 (chemicals, electricity, maintenance)) as the waste can be easily composted and recycled on site. Smell. Does the use of BioKem cause odors in the room or the environment? NO.  See Manuals on our technical pages. 
Hygiene. Is BioKem hygienic when used and emptied? Absolutely. When emptying sludge, use safety equipment - e.g. gloves.
